QC/Technical Support In addition to an independent lab, we have a total of 120 in-house engineers, technicians, trade inspectors and well-trained production staff responsible for QC. Our QC staff members receive regular training on the latest methods and standards of quality inspection. All the QC inspectors are given a 6-month in-house training course. We also make efforts to ensure that our partner factories adhere to strict QC procedures and standards. All the QC tests are conducted exclusively in our factory. QC Staff 90 to 99 Standards & Approvals ISO 9000 UL QC member is examining products The advanced fabric typesetting equipment Materials/Components Mainly from the US and Japan Procedures/testing Details It is a necessity in our company for all the incoming materials to be tested before the production starts. Then the inspections for each stage of production are taken by engineers. In addition, products must undertake random checks followed by cautious inspections on finished products before packaging. In the end, postpackaged products are examined again before delivery.
